This type of cuff is locally called "Deblej Mnaffel".
The hallmark marks Tripoli-Libya. The silver cuff of Tripoli are usually 900.
The cuff bracelet is made out of a silver foil, which is then engraved and formed.
The various religions in the region used the same cultural and historical symbols that have been in use for millennia.
