Classic Sinai silver twisted rope cuff.
These bracelets were commonly worn in pairs, one on each wrist by Bedouin Palestinian, Jordanian and Egyptian women.
This cuff is made of 80% pure silver (sterling is 92.5%) and is fully hallmarked with the Egypt 3 part hallmark.
In the last century still frequently seen throughout Egypt, but has become since some years.
These bracelets come in various sizes and weights and vary significantly in quality of construction and appearance of the central twisted bands. The small bands are typically separated by a much thicker central part of braids, some with a pronounced one.
They are usually very comfortable to wear.
